Service Description
During this session we will explore and realign your energy centers. The Chakra system consists of 7 main energy centers that run from the bottom of the spine to the crown of the head. Excesses or deficencies in these centers can leave you feeling uneasy, lacking balance and stuck. Reiki can help energize or soothe these centers. Our session would begin with a phone call to discuss problem areas and engage in an opening meditation. The session concludes over the phone with an open discussion, reading and recommendations to facilitate healing and progress. See you soon!
